As of today jira has removed all of our team icons. We use a relatively large number of teams and the icons make it manageable to immediately see which team is working on what. This morning they were replaced with generic and nearly indistinguishable duplicates of each other:
Whats frustrating is the icons are still saved under each team, they just won't display and I can't find any settings to restore the good behavior.
Does anyone know how to fix this bug?
This is especially painful for us because we have been using teams for quite some time, and the forced opsgenie => JSM transition created duplicate teams. Everyone knew to just use the team with the icon. Now the icons are all generic trash and no way to easily differentiate between the duplicate teams.
Looks like someone filed this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-93878

I'm seeing the same thing. It does not appear to be anyway to change the icon, even when creating a new team the icon is chosen for you. I would think this must be an oversight on Atlassian's part.
