se pueden sincronizar estados estre issues enlazadas?

tengo dos issues enlazadas en proyecto diferentes y necesito que al transicionar la clonada a un estado, la que clono tambien transicione a ese estado

Per your description, I understand that you would like to sync your cloned issue status. In other words, when a cloned issue is transitioned, the other one should be transitioned to the same status. Is that correct?

You can achieve that by using Jira automation. These would be the steps:

1. Navigate to your project > Project settings > Automation
2. At the top of the page, click on Global administration 
3. Create the following automation rule:
