sender name not consistent in JIRA alert

Hi can someone help me with an inquiry on JIRA approval alert please? I have set up a workflow with multi-stage approval required and all the requests are sent from jira@***.com

However the name displayed in the email varies from individual names to team distros and i have no idea why it happens. Can anyone please help?

Hi

the service management emailer forms the sender name from the person performing the action but the email it uses it always the one used for Jira outgoing email.

Thank you vm Tom! I want to have the same name shown in JIRA alert but it seems not possible.
