server to cloud migration error

I've got the 'end of a support plan for server products' announcement from attlasian. and I am trying to migrate our Jira & Confluence server to the cloud.

but I keep having those errors for both Jira and Confluence.

The error message said it might cause some error while migrating but I cannot even run the migration. it's not going to the next step at all.

how can I solve this problem?

it was because I've connected my cloud account last year.

I connected the cloud account again and now it's working
