How to share private filters、private boards？

You need:

1) Save filter Screen Shot 2019-08-12 at 2.33.30 PM.png

2) Click "Details" and "Edit permissions" Screen Shot 2019-08-12 at 2.33.57 PM.png

3) Choose a group, project, user, who can view your filters

To make a board shared, you need to share the filter for the board (board settings -> General)
