Hello,

after migrating all (active) users of jira-server from one AD to another AD, I am ready to deactivate the old AD-sync-definition. Most things work as expected, but one flaw is the display of usernames which where already deleted in old AD (and therefore not migrated)

Bevor deactivation of old AD-sync Jira is displaying the display_name like "Jon Doe [x] (deactivated)" in old tickets. After deactivation Jira is showing the login-name (user_name) which ist "jd8541" in our case.

Since the information is still in the database (tables app_user and cwd_user) I am looking for ways to change the behavior.

Hi @Konrad Bauckmeier

Are you using the same user schema settings for both AD configs
