Hi Guys,

I'm new to JIRA and noticed that '@' to tag or select speficific user or group to notify on comment field not working for other users - only me as global administator.

Can we check on the 'Browse User' permission in Global Permission? Perhaps this KB article would help further - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Mentions+are+Not+Working+in+JIRA
