Hey everyone,
Looking for suggestions here.
Our team is looking for a way to link jira tickets to salesforce records. Nothing fancy here. If a customer has feature requests in (via jira), we could link the jira to a salesforce record to keep the account/sales team informed. We use the Zendesk integration now with Jira and it's been a treat, to give some context on what we're after.
Any suggestions will be helpful, thanks!
Hi @Marcel White,
At ServiceRocket we provide a Salesforce Connector app which has support for Salesforce Professional edition with the only limitation that some of the automation options available on the Salesforce side won't be available, but you'll still be able to sync and view data on both ends.
If you'd like to know more about our product, please check the following Atlassian Marketplace entries:
For Jira Cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214214/salesforce-jira-cloud-connector?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
For Jira Server: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/360988/salesforce-jira-server-connector?hosting=server&tab=overview
We provide a 30 day free trial period which includes support from us, and you create a support ticket from our portal and let us know more details about your integration we'll be able to provide guidance and further assistance: https://success.servicerocket.com/support/servicedesk/customer/portal/3
Best Regards,
Amir
