status changed to Done after -1w is not showing results.

'Status changed after -1w' is showing issues moved to the Done status but when I mention it in the query it doesn't work. 

For other statuses, only some issues are showing up. 

There is one project where status changed to In Progress after -1w shows results but status changed to Done after -1w doesn't

I suppose our team add-on SLA Time and Report can help you with this problem. It let you set SLA time (using custom fields as start and stop points for timer) with time limits - goals (triggers) with automating actions. So you can set time limit one week and the goal - change the status to "Done".

Besides status changing there are available other automate actions for an exceeded issue: notification, changing reporter and changing priority.
