Hello,
It appears that your resolution is not being set when you enter the Done status. Add a post function to set the resolution to Done.
As mentioned earlier, you need to set a value in the field 'Resolution'. This can be done either manually or automatically through post-condition on workflow transition.
#1 Manually
Add to the screen used for 'Resolve issue' transition to 'Done' status, the field 'Resolution. Make this field mandatory. When a value is chosen during transition, this will mark the issue resolved, and give the 'check mark'
#2 Automatically
Follow the guide provided by @Kian Stack Mumo Systems

It appears your previous question, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/complete-check/qaq-p/1325791 is related and is on the same topic.
The answer for both is the same, and answered by others: The 'check mark' on the issue is only set when the 'Resolution' field is set to a value.
How?
#1 Adding the 'Resolution' field to your screen used for transition to the status 'Done'.
If you have administrative permission, add this field to the screen for 'Resolve Issue' transition to status 'Done'. And make the field mandatory. Any value selected will result in 'check mark'
Additionally, you will need to clear this field when transition is made to either status of 'Open' or 'In progress'.
#2 Default filling of 'Resolution' field
As mentioned earlier post by @Kian Stack Mumo Systems , add post condition for all transition to status 'Done'
Again, you will need to clear the field when transition is made to either status of 'Open' or 'In Progress'
More information about setting resolutions in JIRA, can be found here
Side issue
Your workflow has a transition 'Reopen issue' to a issue status that is in category 'Done', as reflected in the same colour green as status 'Closed' and 'Done'
