styles got lost in email notifications from jira ticket

Hi guys,

Since last week, we are not able to receive emails from "jira@creditandfinance.atlassian.net" with proper styles(see screenshot attatched). But the styling is correct from confluence.

I am not sure if there is something wrong with our email server (we are using gmail) or some configuration we can toggle on jira for that?

This does seem strange.

Do you know if your administrator has changed any settings for your project?

Is it happening for all Jira projects?

This is happening to all of the projects. I am not too sure what is the project setting to targeting to as well.

it sounds like the HTML Formatting of Emails may have been switched off by a Global Administrator...
