tempo timesheets installation hangs

Attempting to install Tempo Timesheets onto JIRA 7.1.1 server instance.  Downloaded the plugin, used upload add-on and get the spinner dialog, and it sits there for hours!  There's no errors in the logs, just a warning that it might take some time?

Any advice or similar experience?

Hi,

Is your UPM up to date? Why are you downloading the add-on and then uploading it? Have you tried just installing it using the Buy Now button?
