Could you please elaborate a bit on what you're trying to achieve, if possible with a screenshot. Your question is unclear to me.

Thanks for your reply. I am just finding your reply and how to respond. Trying to send a draft of an email to a potential sponsor. And I would like to be able to print draft as well ass final draft.
