I am convinced that there is a bug in the management of epics on jira and the reporting of the total working time. Because with what it costs, so much money, Jira, I can't find the function to sum up the total time of the individual tasks dependent on an epic, as estimated and as time then reported. As is the case for example between Task and Sub-Task. Have any of you encountered the same kind of Bug? Please don't tell me you need to spend a lot more money to buy a plugin that has to do a calculation function that should already be present in Jira ...
I think it not a bug. You can use the automation to sum up total spent time or total estimated effort for the parent issues.
thank you in the meantime for your reply, but can you give me an example?
