this site is already taken

Hello,

I'm trying to activate a Jira Software trial but when I enter the site I would to use:

teamsystem.atlassian.net

I get the error "this site is already taken"

Maybe I've already create it in the past but now can't figure out how to access it, or maybe is already in use by another user.

How could I discover the current state of tenant teamsystem.atlassian.net ?

Yes this means That the site is already spoken for. Whether you created previously I can say. You certainly could reach out to Atlassian support directly and select the billing option and inquire. Otherwise just create a different site name.

I have the same problem, but you can see that all names for the website are already taken. I think it's a system bug

Hi @Mykola Sychov , I'm not sure I'm following what you are trying to convey in your images. The point here is if you are trying to create a new cloud instance and receiving that error message then it means the site name has already been taken or is invalid. If you think you are receiving an invalid error then please reach out to Atlassian support directly and select the billing option.

I've alredy open a ticket last week and I'm waiting for a response from the customer support.

I wonder if there is a method to know who is the administrator of that site.

The names of sites should be unique. So, if it's already taken means it's already existing. Please reach Atlassian Support or if you don't mind to enquire and just proceed then a create a new site and move on.
