When I load this query in jira....
https://jira5.mobitv.corp/issues/?filter=10472
The tickets do not sort by rank, even though I click on the rank header.
This is a problem since rank is an important sorting criteria in agile
process. Is there something you can do to make the tickets sort in
numerical order of rank?
Here are a few KB articles that might help in this case :
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/Sorting+by+Rank+does+not+show+expected+values
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/Sort+by+Rank+is+Broken+After+JIRA+Upgrade
I hope this helps!
Hi,
I've got the same problem, although I click the Rank field and see it is added to the search query, the Rank values seem to get ordered in a 'random' order.
Please let me know if you've got a solution

Did you save the order as part of the filter?
