We are using one project with an scrum board and five lanes (work, parking, processing, quality control, done), having an maximum of two allowed tickets in processing lane.
We have quite some stories with subtickets.
When using this board in a very small team of just two developers it happens regularly that subtickets moved to parking or processing get invisible. You can go to the story and click on the subticket link to open the details page for the subticket, but it is not shown in the board and the max ticket per lane counter does not count the invisible ticket.
Hi Markus,
Sorry to hear about this problem. I understand that you have at least one subtask that is not appearing on this board as you expected. I found that there was a bug in the version you are on that might be related to this over in JSWSERVER-20118.
However I'm not certain this is the exact cause here. You mentioned that you believe this might be tied somehow to the development information that Jira can link to Bitbucket. That could be possible, but only if the board filter or a quick filter was in someway referencing that development information.
Is this a Scrum board or a Kanban? I would be interested to see if we can take a closer look at the JQL filter that board is using to determine what issues appear here. If this is a Kanban board, then we would also want to see the sub-filter JQL as well, as this can be used to filter out issues from appearing on the board. There is also some general information about filters that might be helpful here in Configuring filters.
If you're willing to share the JQL syntax of those filters it might help us to better understand this problem.
Thanks
Andy

It seems that this might have something to do with managing branches using our attached bitbucket repository. Before starting an branch *it seems that the tickets are displayed correctly*.
