trying to create a workflow similar to moving stacks of paper around an office

I need a workflow tracker for AP invoice approvals.  Here is my work flow it is very simple but we are no longer all in the same office.  We used to just pass the invoice around.  I want to know if Jira or Trello will do this?  I have no problem paying for a subscription if it will work.

@Troy Roper Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The simple answer is absolutely Jira can handle this for you. My assumption is that the invoice and PO are in electronic format (e.g., PDF). If so, you can attach the document(s) to a ticket and create a workflow that passes responsibility from person to person. As one person completes their part of the process, you can automatically assign the ticket to the next person in the process.

It is straightforward to accomplish, but you may want to enlist the support of an Atlassian solution partner to assist you in implementing it.
