unabe to restore backup

Our Jira server crashed and I reinstled the machine with the last available version for download. The issue now is that I can not restor the Backup I have. I get the error "Unable to find JIRA backup (entities.xml) inside of zip file" 

I tried everything on your help site including creating a new zip file with the 2 XML files.

can you help us with this restore?

Could you please answer below question which help me understand the issue.

1. Could you please extract the zip file and check does it includes entities.xml and activeobject.xml.  
2. I hope this zip file you are keeping in import folder in server.

It would be great if you can share the screenshot.
