Last month we have started the free trial for jira.
Jira was the one of the excellent ticketing tool I came across.
But today , we cannot able to access the web application today showing the error as "account suspended"
Can anyone Please help me on this .
what was the features available in free trail, as I created very few projects and added less than 5 members in an project.
I will be happy if I get the solution for my problem.

It might be that you exceeded the 3 licenses that are allowed for the Free plan of Jira, and therefore the site was suspended because it was expecting some kind of payment for the Standard Plan.
If you go to admin.atlassian.com and then select View Site Bill for the Jira site you are trying to log onto, this should tell you whether or not you are still on the Free plan. If you have exceeded the 3 users and have been upgraded to the Standard plan, you can go to the Manage Subscriptions tab on the left and click on Manage Users to reduce this down to 3, after which you can change back to the Free Plan.

For the Free trail, Jira allows to use max of 10 users. As per my knowledge,Jira has 3 plans
1.Free trail(upto 10 users & 2 GB)
2.Standard Plan(upto 20,000 users & 250GB)
3.Premium Plan(upto 20,000 users & unlimited)
Can anyone please explain me that Free trail was "free" for
1.lifelong or
2.Certain period of time(1 month or 2 months)
because we have limited number of team mates (less than 10 ).I have little worries that Jira will block my account and ask me to move to standard (which was paid). after certain peroid of time.
Can anyone please help me on this ??
