for our Jira8.5.0 version

I have downloaded the version groovyrunner-6.6.0.jar

How do I upgrade this app? There is now option upgrade in the app window for 

Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA

only

Get started        Uninstall       Disable

I have a valiid license

I now know that I have to be sysadmin to get the option Upload...
