upgraded NGMP Jira from 7.2.6 to 8.20.1 version. After that in the backlog view, there is just a single scrollbar for the ticket list and ticket details. As a result, when we click on a ticket in a bottom sprint, only the lower part of the story details is visible on the right. Very non user-friendly. Can this be fixed in any way?

Have you tried on a different browser? Is there any announcement banner added/visible? Do you think that Sticky Header is enabled? (Settings > Applications > Jira software Configuration> Sticky sprint headers)
