Is there any ways to get the records about who downloaded the attachments or opened the issue page in Jira Software cloud ?

@Mi Amigo ¿ ⸮ ъ ？؟ in the jira dashboard there is one gadget Activity Stream which shows you all activity done by users but I am afraid it will not show if the user opened issue page. have a look at it
