Could you please recommend some Jira add-ons that can assist you with various functionalities within Jira, such as tracking, ticketing, incident collection, alerting and notifications, and reporting (including infrastructure monitoring, application monitoring, logging, frontend monitoring, and QA integrated monitoring).

Most probably the app I developed Multi-team Metrics & Retrospective doesn't cover at least most features you need, but I would still put it here since it's about measuring and tracking performance of teams and it allows users to track any metric constructed via JQL, just in case you would need it as well.

I recommend taking a look over our Great Gadgets app. It allows building powerful dashboards in Jira for tracking tickets, projects and for reporting in general.
