Hi,
A lot of my company's JIRA projects have many components, and the component pulldown shows only a few of them. Then it says to start typing to see more. But that's kind of tough if you don't know what's there. True, you can go to the project and look at the components, but that's a distraction when you're trying to enter an issue in a project that you don't use often.
Is there any way to adjust this menu so that it always shows all the components?
Thanks,
-H.
Hi,
Thanks.
Of the two articles referenced in the link you showed, the first (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Custom+Field+Width+Less+than+Available+Options+Length) seems to pertain to field's width only and the second (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/How+to+change+Multi+Select+Custom+field+size+using+script) has been deleted from the server.

Hi Hop,
The Component/s list doesn't show all the options. But work around for this see https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/273566
Thanks,
Patina
