Hi Benny,

Jira does not have a dynamic report, each project has reports but it's not possible, for example, to show the assignee name.

I believe that in this case, you will have to use an add-on like EazyBI, for example. So you can import the project data and custom fields and then just drag and drop the fields in the report.
