I think you are accidentally reaching out to the wrong community:

This community here is about Atlassian products, which indeed includes the issue and project tracking tool Jira - however, there is no version 2.121.1, the currently supported versions are starting at 7.3.

A search for 2.121.1 suggests that you might actually be looking to upgrade your continuous integration and automation server Jenkins, which has a comparatively recent long-time support (LTS) version 2.121.1 that can be upgraded to the current LTS release 2.150.x in sequence following the instructions within Upgrading to Jenkins LTS 2.150.x.

The confusion might have come to be due to the Jenkins community tracking their own issues with Jira in turn ;)

Hi @Mayuresh Trivedi,

AWS offers a deployment guide. Also, there has been a similar question on the community.

Hope this helps
