we don't see the screenshot below. is there anything we not configure correct to get that?

This option will not appear on the login screen if you have the setting for External user management set to ON. (as referenced in this knowledge base article)

You can verify this by navigating to Admin > System > General Configuration.  If you are using LDAP for authentication, this setting should be set to ON to prevent user confusion.

We already to setting the external user management to off. and we are using the Jira internal account to management. 

but you can see :

Picture 1 , that i capture for other website (it can showed the "Enter your username")

Picture 2, this picture on our side (but no "Enter your username" format)

How do we setting this?
