we started an account with jira ondemand, but I need to know how to see my monthly charges and other related admin

I'm an administrator, but not confluence or system admin. It appears that only the sysadmin, with no associated user can make that change. How do I get info that I need for licensing and costing specifically without those privileges. or is there something we need to change to do that?
