we used to use the Parent Link functionality to link initiatives with epics, they disappeared

and now when we try and add them back they just disappear again.

we use company projects and tried to see in the logging if anyone changed the settings but the audit logging did not help

could someone provide some other things to check

What have been used to make the issue type 'initiative' a parent from an Epic?

Did you use 'Plans' or something similar? 

Is that used add-on still active or is it expired?

We need more info ...
