what email address should i use to open new tickets?

Hello. I have signed up to test drive the cloud version of Jira and setup my first Jira project. What email address should users write to in order to open new tickets? Is there a way to find this somewhere in my project setup?

Hi @Sorin Lazarescu 

welcome to the community , you will need to configure the incoming Mail handler first for creating issue , you can use this article for your reference 

Then you can use that the default mail server to create issue in your instance

Hi @Mohamed Adel Thank you very much for the fast answer. It looks like the email handler was not setup, as you said. I set one up and it seems to work now. Thank you for your help. We can close this ticket now.
