where do I go to ask questions and  receive prompt answers?

What about if I see problems with the product?
Example the original portfolio view made it easy to  export  issue/portfolio data to 
Excel  as well as CSV.   The new version is a time waster  and strips a way the ability
to easily  Show project / portfolio level progress.   I don't think that executives 
would prefer to see a  'Share'   web page option vs. an Excel export that they can analyze 

Any education options or insights are greatly appreciated
