when can i see a users with basic authentication

i got this message in the admin side "your users need to make security update" as written here

where do i see which users?

Hey Ido,

I've opened a support request on your behalf to provide this info. Be on the lookout for an email from our support portal shortly - the message will contain the email addresses of the users who are using the authentication methods we've turned off.

You'll want to point those users at this knowledgebase article: Deprecation of basic auth with password for Jira and Confluence. The article contains the instructions they'll need for switching the scripts they're using to a support authentication method.
