when create issue,how to load default filed values setted before?

in clear quest ,when create a bug,on the create form ,there are two actions named 'Load Default' and 'Save as Default'

it is special useful for testers to submit a bug with similar descritions.most of the fields are the same,so they don't need to input all

fileds.they can just modify a few fields after load default module(they have set all the fields on the screen before,and save the settings ).

what i wish to know is ,can jira have these function like clear quest ?

Actually JIRA does not have the same ability with Clear Quest on this matter. Although we do have a discussion on this matter on Atlassian new feature request ticket

You might want to review the discussion as its provide some workaround to achieve your purpose, and please vote on the mentioned ticket to raise the popularity it.

Atlassian also provide a detail instruction on how to create a defaul value of "description" fields which you might be interested
