jira version:  Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v7.3.6#73017-sha1:51437cf)

1. this epic ss-963 [status] is Done, [resolution] is Done.

2. when edit issues, choose or not choose [show done epics] , this epic [SS-963] is show in the list.

Could you please check if this Epic is marked as done also?

  1. Navigate to the Backlog of your Board
  2. Open the Epics Panel on the left

  3. Click the drop-down arrow for your epic, and select Mark as Done.

This might be done while your epic is in progress status. Then you should not see this on the list unless you click "Show done epics" in the drop down list
