when i edit the reporter field in issue all users come up

I have seperate projects board set up with different users. The users  show up only in the specific projects as expected when creating issue. But while editing a issue, i click in the reporter field and try typing a different project user it comes up. I have set the permission of reporter change to administrator.

Hi @Abdul Ahad,

Currently only users that have Browse User Global permission will be able to see the users suggestion. This does not limit the options for reporter or assignee field by any criteria currently. The following feature request is created to limit this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-36896.
