when i tried to link an epic to a user stories. The list is very long and i noticed that even accept

Hi,

1- is there a way not to see epics in that list that are done, accepted, closed?

2- why epics that are open shows as done?

Have you tried to type the key of the work items into the linked issues selector? You can type the key your looking for and then select or you can use the drop down menu. I typically will look for the issue by key.
