where to remove unresolved issue email notification?

I couldn't find it under the project settings>automation. =/

This looks like a custom app though - can you check any marketplace apps that you have. Email Notification Assistant? Email This Issue?

I expect it is a filter subscription. If you authored it you will find in you filters. The other possibility is an automation rule.
