while Importing csv, assignee field is not getting populated correctly

While importing csv, assignee field is not getting populated correctly. I have configured developer and tester for my project. CSV file has developer, tester, assignee, reporter columns. assignee field is reflecting the tester name. All the roles are reflecting correctly. Please advice what to do to get the assignee name while doing bulk upload

you should yes user login e.g.

Instead of Renuka Sabburaj use rsaburaj.
