Hi Kedar,

It's likely that the application link you've got between Confluence and your Jira server was set up using Trusted or Basic auth. Those application link types aren't supported anymore and you'll want to switch them over to OAuth.

If you're logged in to an account that has sysadmin privileges in both Jira and Confluence, you can click on the lozenge and easily update the link:

remove_legacy

I am sorry, but your question is borderline nonsense.  To clear it up, please explain what you mean by

  • cloning
  • depreacated

and then

  • what you are really doing
  • the versions of the software
  • the actual errors
