why I dont see group on jyra nav panel

Hello,

yesterday I create a ticket for a test. After doing the test I wanted to delete the ticket.

The steps I was doing:

1. Selected the ticket and click on the ..., on the dropdown menu, click on Delete queue.

2. After I click on the delete queue, something happens with my forms in queues, team priority. The form ALL OPEN disappear, I don't know what happens, why I don't see It.

The same option I am seeing in my other projects

Welcome to the community!

You can try the following steps to delete the ticket.

  1. First go to the backlog
  2. In the backlog item click on the right side with 3 dots.
  3. After clicking you will see the menu

       4. Now click the delete button and your ticket will be deleted.
