I am using standard plan of Jira software but everyday i get this popup that says "email notifications are off until next day ,because i have sent maximum number of notifications. it ask me to move to standard plan but i am already using standard plan.
were receiving the same message even though we went premium a few days ago, is this normal?

Do you have Standart/ Premium plan as a Evaluation/ Trial ?
If so I think there are limitations on maximum emails per day until you start your payments.

As noted there you should not have any limitation on your Standard plan. I would suggest raising a support request on Atlassian Support
