I'm trying to login to my account to manage my tickets but I received a message saying that my account hasn't been renewed, but my account is managed by my company.
What should I do?

By the screenshot it doesn't seem like its a problem with you account, but with the cloud site. To me it looks like someone forgot to renew your site and the license has expired.
I believe you should contact you administrator at let them know, so they can renew if it wasn't intended to expire.
Otherwise i would advise your organization to reach out to atlassian support if they need help.
Hi @Fernanda.Casagrande1 , the error message you were seeing is it specifically about your user account but rather the entire instance has been suspended likely due to billing issues. If you are not the organization, admin or the billing contact, please reach out to them to investigate. if you are the admin, you can click the links offered there which should take you to the billing details. Ultimately, if you have further challenges here, you'll need to reach out to Atlassian support to reconcile.

Please contact with Jira Admins to solve this. Looks like someone didn't pay a bill. You cannot do anything with that. Person who is an admin can set correct billing.

You should contact your organisation admin to check their payment details, since they have the permissions for admin.atlassian.com
