why has no one written a mobileiron iOS integration app for jira

I'm hosting a JIRA server and want to be able to connect to it from my iOS devices from within their mobileIron MDM container. However, it doesn't look like anyone has made an app capable of this yet?

Does anyone know if there is such as thing, or a reason why no one has bothered?

We use the Mobile Iron browser to browse to the JIRA server, but this is far from a good solution.  Something broke recently, and now I can't get out of mobile view, making this form of access completely worthless.

It looks like this is possible with android, but not iOS.
