This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring dashboards
In our project ,we have some special users ;
So i add them to a special group but i dont in it;
I created a dashborad for them , but i found that i can't shart it to the group!
You are obviously an admin.
For an admin, it perhaps makes sense to share dashboards that you don't belong to.
But for "normal" users, JIRA does not even let you know that other groups exist - only the ones you belong to.
The functionality is designed around the 99% use case for the normal end users.
Note that if you want to share with a project team - you can also only share with project's that you are a member of (have a project role in).
As an admin, just use the workaround as suggested by Nic.
You can only share with groups that you belong to. Add yourself to the group and share the dashboard.
