why is a user receiving notifications for create and comment when he is not on the ticket?

I have a user that has his notification settings turned to off yes is receiving notifications on every create and comment on a ticket in the project?  Where else do I go to stop this from occuring?

Hi @Trena Norcia 

Personal notifications include only the following options:

So even if your user has all these notifications turned off, then you have to search your notification scheme about groups or roles, that this user belongs to.

So you either remove him/her from these groups and roles, OR

you create a new role/group, with the same permission as the old ones, and give this user this role (or place him/her in that group). Then on the permission scheme, add this new role/group to any event that he/she wants to receive notifications.

A third option would be to just remove him/her from the project.

@Trena Norcia , check the notification scheme for the project and it probably included a group that receives those types of notifications.  The user is probably a member of that group(s).
