I know this is not a network issue. other projects in my organization works like charm, it's just my service desk project which is slow. Any suggestion ? I am just a new fish :)
this is the same, if you phone the doctor and tell him that your left leg hurts when looking through the window. Can your doctor give a diagnosis with what your told him?

Are you Jira user with admin rights?
Which version do you user?
What's the browser?
Are you remote connected via mobile?
How is this slowness? Details?
