Hi Kai,

You should verify which Notification Scheme you are using for that Project as to who will be notified when what happens. As Taranjeet said, the Watcher will receive all notifications if the Default Notification Scheme is being used.

@Kai_Sun yes, as per default notification scheme of a JIRA project, a user who is added as a watcher, will get the notification from JIRA.
