with the new view of issues is anyone having problems creating subtasks

using the new view we are unable to create sub-tasks and yes they are enabled and included.

Hi @Donald Simpson ,

I am not sure what you mean exactly when you say you cannot create sub-tasks, if you get an error or anything else. However, I can see that you already have a ticket open with Atlassian Support to have this issue investigated, and I can see that the assigned  engineer already asked you for more details as well.

Please work with the SE assigned to your support request and, once done, it would be really nice if you could paste the  solution in here as well. This way, in case other people will face the same issue, they will be able to find your answer.
