workflow transition - auto assign to a role when status changed

Hi, I am very new to Jira and trying to create a better workflow in my design team. 

I am trying to add a Post Function to assign the ticket to a specific role (i.e. Designer) in the filed, when a status change. 

When I go to > Add Post Function to Transition, I only have 1)Assign to current user, 2)Assign to Lead Developer, 3)Assign to Reporter. 

I have purchased ScriptRunner, but I don't really know JavaScript enough to be able to execute the problem. 

Please help!

Hi @大河原菜々,

You can't assign ticket to role  but only single user as you see Current User, Lead or reporter

if you are trying to assign ticket to particular user apart from above members

you can do that like below

Post function --> Update Issue Field --> Assignee --> Select User
